SHOP POLICIES

1:ORDERS

1. We are not fancy enough to actually have a working "cart". It will cost money and create obsticles that both of us don't have time for.

2. If you are seriously interested in buying any of our product, just personal message Jacob or I on Facebook, email us at horusjewelry@hotmail.com and/or call us during our hours, and we will gladly help you out.

3. Our prices are the way they are because it is what we feel is appropriate to charge. We need to make money some how so yes they are more expensive than if you were to go and buy the supplies yourself. However, we have put the work in so that you don't have to! All of our pieces are made with humble love and we sincerly hope you enjoy every bit of them.

 

2:RECIEVING

1. We are not a taxi service. If you would like some of our product, that is awesome! However we will meet up with you when convient for both parties.

2. Most likely if you are reading this, you are one of our friends, that being said we do not mind arranging a meeting plan but please be realistic!

3:RETURNS

1. We very much hope that you do not need to return anything! But we do understand.

2. If you must return something because you do not want/like it anymore, that is fine. Feel free to get in contact with one of us and we will find a reasonable way to meet up with you.

3. If the product broke (we are no proffesionals here) that happens so we can see what we can do.

4. If it looks like it broke due to something you did, please treat us like an official store and understand we can't do much about that.

5. Returns are only allowed within 10 days from purchase.
